Buy a Home and Fix it Up or Buy a Home With No Issues for Higher Cost?

There are cracks in the roof, doors, and windows of a possible new home that you are looking at. It’s your dream home. Are the cracks going to make the home an automatic no for you? Is a part of your dream home the fact that you don’t have to repair anything? Lots of times people will look right past the idea of buying a home if there are foundation problems. The advantage of these homes is that they are cheap in comparison to the other homes that don’t have any of these problems and the cost of fixing them is less but may be a lot more stressful. OCRegister took an online poll to see whether people would buy a home if they needed to do extensive repairs on it. 21% of people said “Yes”, they would buy a home if it needed foundation repair. 49% of people said “No” and 30% said it depends.
